The popularity of scattering at sea is steadily growing as people look to the organic nature of the ocean to help them bring closure to the loss of a loved one.

Ashes scattering at sea combines a sense of finality and a sense of a new beginning. It returns us to nature and the origin of our being.

Ceremonial Sea Scattering

Our ceremonies can be performed from a variety of locations off the San Diego Coast, where if you choose we can take digital photos the ceremony, record the exact Global Position System (GPS) position, and e-mail you the photos.

We can also arrange for the viewing from shore from a number of vantage points including the Ocean Beach Pier, Crystal Pier or the Cabrillo Monument on Point Loma. We perform the scattering approximately 1/2 mile off the coast.
